Mitahara is an initiative by Sairam Ramaswamy to bust the myth that dieting and starving are synonymous. Mitahara guides you to not only eat healthy but also ensures you enjoy and appreciate every morsel of your food.

The Founder of Mitahara is a nutrition coach holding a Level 1 certification from Precision Nutrition and a certified personal trainer for ISSA. Sai is also passionate about fitness, a triathlete and an avid trekker.
